Thành lập theo Giấy phép Đầu tư số 0103020367 do Sở kế hoạch và đầu tư thành phố Hà Nội cấp, với tên gọi “Công ty cổ phần phát triển Wedo”, tên giao dịch WEDO.,JSC, các lĩnh vực tư vấn của công ty bao gồm từ Tư vấn thiết kế các công trình dân dụng, công trình công cộng, các dự án quy hoạch, thi công xây dựng công trình. Tư vấn phát triển công nghệ thông tin, ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin cho doanh nghiệp. Với mục tiêu “WEDO for better life” – WEDO mang lại cho bạn cuộc sống tốt đẹp hơn, qua mạng internet, sản phẩm tư vấn trực tuyến của WEDO đã đến với mọi người dân ở trong nước và ngoài nước, góp phần cải thiện chất lượng cuộc sống thông qua các sản phẩm thiết kế.
